I have loved photography since I was a child. I would make my brother, my sister, or even friends, pose for me while I took their picture. As I grew up, I still loved the art but didn't think of it as art so much since I never took the time to really understand it and became frustrated when my pictures wouldn't turn out the way I hoped. Now that I have children I have a wonderful excuse to pull out my camera and take pictures. My loving husband has so much faith in me that he bought me an extremely nice camera (Canon 50D) and yet I was frustrated that even with a fancy camera that I still wasn't getting the images I saw so clearly in my mind. So in my spare time I have devoted myself to reading as much as I can about the art and have very recently enrolled in an online photography course:
